    Two animated films created by Uzbek cinematographers have won a special prize at the Indian Film Festival

    The animated films "Journey along the Great Silk Road" and "Tomaris", created by Uzbek cinematographers, were shown at the Noida International Film Festival (India).

    These films were shot at Astir animation studio under the direction of Abdulatif Khaidarov using 3D technologies. They were met with great interest in our country.

    The film "Journey along the Great Silk Road" is dedicated to the history of the ancient city of Khiva, and the second creative work is dedicated to the legendary personality Tomaris.

    The members of the international jury of the festival and fans of the animation film genre highly appreciated the films presented by Uzbek cinematographers.

    These films were awarded the prize of the film festival in the nomination "For Distinction" (Award of Distinction).

    It should be noted that the film "Khasis bakkol" ("The Miserly Grocer"), created by the animation studio "Astir", was also successfully shown at the International Children's Film Festival held in Kolkata last year.
