In particular, following the results of negotiations between the domestic company "Ulkan-Laziz" and the German investor, the issue of allocating 100 million euros of investments by the German side for joint projects was agreed. New leather processing and shoe manufacturing enterprises will be launched in Uzbekistan. It is also assumed that new projects will be implemented in the textile and construction industries.
Next week, a German investor will visit Uzbekistan and get acquainted with the business environment and production processes in our country. It is planned to sign preliminary agreements on the implementation of joint projects in the Association "Uzcharmsanoat".
Also at the exhibition, the leading distributors of the Russian Federation showed great interest in seasonal shoes produced in Uzbekistan. In particular, during the negotiations between Sharq Ravon and a large Russian retail chain, a preliminary agreement was reached on the supply of seasonal shoes. At the initial stage, the Russian side plans to purchase 20 thousand pairs of shoes.
During the meeting of the management of Uzcharmsanoat and the Turkish KSAID, the parties discussed the possibility of establishing multifaceted cooperation, including in exhibition activities and ensuring the participation of Turkish companies at the international exhibition "UzCharmExpo-EurAsia-2023" in Tashkent.
