The exhibition was opened with introductory remarks by Umid Shadiyev, Chairman of the Tourism Committee, Michael Wimmer, Head of the Economic Cooperation Office of the German Embassy in Uzbekistan, Andrean Fink, Deputy Head of Mission and head of the Swiss cooperation program in Uzbekistan, and Milo Stevanovich, head of the Business support project of the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
After the opening ceremony, officials, representatives of the diplomatic corps accredited in Uzbekistan, as well as guests of the exhibition got acquainted with the expositions of the exhibition stands "Horeca Expo Uzbekistan 2024".
