According to the regional khokimiyat, during the negotiations, they discussed the process of implementing a project worth 650 million US dollars, involving the construction of an enterprise with a capacity to extract and process 10,000 tons of copper per year. The project is expected to create about 350 new jobs.

To date, the exploration work of the first and second stages has been completed, and practical work is currently underway on the construction of the plant.

In addition, investors have proposed to implement joint projects to create healthcare and higher education institutions.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to prepare feasibility studies, preliminary agreements on the implementation of the project, the beginning of the organizational stage and speeding up the process of implementing the copper mining and processing project.
