During the meeting, the first round of negotiations on the implementation of the initial agreements reached in 2024 between the Chairman of the Association, A. Sultanov, and the management of the brand for investment cooperation took place.

During the negotiations, attention was paid to the import of necessary components for the manufacture of shoes from China, customs duties and value added tax (VAT). In addition, the possibilities of manufacturing Chinese brand products in Uzbekistan and exporting them to the Russian market were considered.

It is worth noting that in 2024, at the Uzbekistan-China business forum, which was held in the Chinese city of Chengdu, an initial agreement was reached on the implementation of a new investment project worth $ 10 million with the management of Zhejiang Red Dragonfly Shoes.

It is expected that this project will contribute to the creation of new jobs in Uzbekistan, the development of the shoe industry and the supply of competitive products to international markets. The brand from China will visit industrial zones and manufacturing plants in Samarkand, Jizzakh and other regions, where negotiations on the production of the brand's products will be held.

This cooperation is expected to be an important step in the development of Uzbekistan's shoe industry on a global level.
