During the event, Deputy Minister of Investment, Industry and Trade of Uzbekistan Akram Aliyev stressed the importance of mutually beneficial cooperation with Kuwaiti companies, noting successful projects in the fields of healthcare, agriculture and tourism.
During the speeches and presentations, the possibilities of developing bilateral cooperation between our countries in such key sectors as mining, energy, healthcare, agriculture, textiles and logistics were considered.
There were initiatives to tap into the investment opportunities created in the country, including the participation of Kuwaiti businesses in the privatization program of more than 1,000 state-owned companies and the improvement of logistics infrastructure in order to turn Central Asia into a global trading hub.
