The ceremony highlighted the special attention paid by the President of Uzbekistan to strengthening good-neighborly relations with all countries of the region. It was noted that this center was built in order to create the necessary conditions for entrepreneurs, a favorable business environment and logistics, as well as simplify administrative procedures, according to the government portal of Uzbekistan.
They expressed confidence that the complex will become an important platform for expanding trade relations and implementing joint projects in the region.
In addition, the ceremony discussed the conditions created for the implementation of trade, the receipt of various social, including educational, medical and other services by Afghan citizens.
After the symbolic ribbon was cut and the official opening of the complex took place, representatives of the diplomatic corps of Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and other countries got acquainted in more detail with the activities of the Termez International Trade Center.
Abdulla Aripov also held bilateral meetings in Termez with Acting Prime Minister of Afghanistan Abdul Ghani Barodar and Deputy Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Shahin Mustafayev.
