Entrepreneurs who meet the criteria of having a high social and economic impact and a wide range of stakeholders due to their type of activity and asset size will be classified as Public Interest Organizations.
Entrepreneurs who meet the criteria will be included in the Register of Public Interest Organizations annually by July 1.
From January 1, 2026, the Register will be maintained electronically by the Ministry of Economy and Finance and will be posted on the unified platform of the Government Portal and the Open Data Portal annually by July 1.
