Representatives of the parliaments of the Commonwealth countries were presented with a draft of a new edition of the model Code of intellectual Property for the CIS states.
The legislators also discussed the directions in which lawmaking in the field of digital development in the field of culture, tourism and sports will develop.
The agenda also included the development of model laws "On Television and radio broadcasting", "On electronic communications in the environment of digital media resources" and other documents that, after completion of work on them, can be sent to the parliaments of the Commonwealth countries for use in the preparation of relevant national laws, the information service of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan reports.
