A fake website has appeared on the Internet, where, on behalf of the chairman of the Tax Committee, compensation payments of up to 100 million soums are promised to citizens of Uzbekistan.
The Tax Committee officially declares that such information is not true and is fake.
The ministry stressed that laws, government resolutions and other regulatory legal acts are published exclusively through official sources.
Citizens are advised to obtain reliable information only on the official resources of the Tax Committee and to be vigilant so as not to become victims of fraud.
The Tax Committee of Uzbekistan reported that preventive measures to ensure the security of the Soliq mobile application have been completed. Since the evening of November 4, the app has been temporarily down, giving an error when logging in.

It is reported that citizens receive e-mail notifications about the existence of tax arrears with the requirement to repay them. The Tax Committee reported that these letters, sent on behalf of the Committee, are a form of fraud and are not related to the tax service.
