It was reported that on January 17, 2026, around 07:00 AM, a traffic accident occurred between the 189th and 190th kilometers of the A-379 "Navoi–Uchkuduk" international highway, passing through the "Tomdibulok" neighborhood in the Tomdi district.
While traveling along the "Navoi–Zarafshan" route, a "ZHONG TONG BUS" lost control and overturned on the opposite side of the road.
As a result of the incident, two citizens were injured and taken to a medical facility in the city of Zarafshan.
Currently, a criminal case has been initiated regarding this situation and investigative actions are underway.
