The main target indicators for the development of the Samarkand region until 2030 are:

· an increase in the volume of the gross regional product to 165 trillion soums;

· implementation of projects in the field of industry and services for a total amount equivalent to USD 6.8 billion;

· an increase in exports in the fields of industry, services and tourism to 3.5 billion US dollars.

According to the Decree, the Samarkand Invest Company JSC will be established under the khokimiyat of the Samarkand region, which will serve as a "bridge" between the state and entrepreneurs.

The issues of creation and financing of the company's project offices in certain areas will be determined by its founder.
