As of March 1, 2025, the number of individual entrepreneurs in Uzbekistan has reached 284,110. Over the past year, the number of women who have registered sole proprietors has increased by almost 18,000. The annual turnover of 261 young entrepreneurs in the country exceeded 100 billion soums. The number of small and medium-sized businesses has doubled over the past five years.

The Yuksalish movement, together with the Institute of Socio-Economic Initiatives, has prepared a rating of successful entrepreneurs of Uzbekistan under the age of 35.

The purpose of the rating is to create an important database for making strategic decisions on identifying, encouraging and supporting young entrepreneurs, to introduce young leaders to society who contribute to the economic development of the country, as well as to increase the interest of young people in entrepreneurship and motivate them to start their own business.

The rating was formed in several stages. At the first stage, based on the recommendations of experts and entrepreneurs, as well as an analysis of publications in the media and social networks, business ratings and awards, a list of 100 young entrepreneurs of the country under the age of 35 was formed. At the same time, the candidates' media and social activity, their personal reputation, public opinion and influence on the business environment, the innovativeness of the product or service, the positive impact of entrepreneurial activity on the image of the region and the country, the results achieved, as well as the social responsibility of the business were taken into account.

At the second stage, based on criteria developed by the Yuksalish movement, a final list of 20 people was formed by expert evaluation. The overall score is 100 points.

The voting process was carried out according to the following criteria:

1. The level of innovative ideas and solutions in the activity is 20 points.

2. Economic results: income, profit, job creation and contribution to economic growth - 20 points.

3. Duration and sustainability of the activity - 15 points.

4. Competitiveness, product or service quality, marketing strategy - 15 points.

5. Social responsibility towards society, the environment and the economy, participation in social projects, charitable activities and support of local communities - 10 points.

6. Reputation in society and a positive attitude towards its activities - 10 points.

7. Role in the development of entrepreneurial culture among young entrepreneurs, promotion of new ideas, activity in the media and social networks, as well as participation in mentoring for other young entrepreneurs - 10 points.

The Top 20 includes representatives of various industries, among them: Alina Mirzayeva, founder of Sintez agency, who raised quality standards in the advertising and branding market and won prestigious competitions; Azizbek Kurbanov, head of the United Ventures venture fund with an authorized capital of 525 billion soums; Bekzod Akhmedov, head of Agro Food Gastro AJ, who implements digital solutions and innovations in in the agricultural sector; founder of the largest network of English language education centers Cambridge - Jahongir Polatov, and others.
