On July 8, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev received Aleksandr Dyukov, Chairman of the Management Board of Gazprom Neft.
The meeting focused on prospective plans for developing mutually beneficial cooperation with this leading Russian company in the oil and gas sector, in accordance with the established roadmap.
Special attention was given to the implementation of joint measures and cooperation projects in the geological exploration, the development of complex oil and gas fields, industry digitalization, and the training of highly sought-after specialists.
On the occasion of the 33rd anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, President Shavkat Mirziyoyev has signed a Decree “On pardoning a group of people serving a sentence in the form of deprivation of liberty, who sincerely repented of their actions and firmly embarked on the path of correction”.
