On the sidelines of the 80th anniversary session of the UN General Assembly, the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev held a brief meeting with the President of the Czech Republic Petr Pavel.
The issues of expanding trade and economic cooperation were considered. Specific projects for developing collaboration were discussed in the areas of trade, investment, innovation, transport, agriculture, and other priority sectors.
Agreements were reached on continuing close interagency contacts.
