The price of
individual houses increased by 2 percent compared to the second quarter of
2025.
In the city of
Tashkent, apartment prices rose by 3.9 percent over the year, while in the
remaining regions of the republic, they increased by 7 percent.
Starting from the
second quarter of 2026, housing price indexes are being calculated based on an
updated methodology — the hedonic regression method. This method allows for a
more accurate assessment of market price dynamics by taking into account the
area, location, floor, and other characteristics of the housing.
