For effective implementation of social prevention:

· When registering administrative offenses in the "E-ma'muriy ish" information system, an opinion on social prevention measures is automatically drawn up in relation to offenders (victims) and its enforcement.;

· Daily monitoring of the execution of each conclusion will be established.;

· The activities of the Mahalla Seven and its facilitators (KPIs) will be evaluated based on the results of social prevention.

The Chairman of the mahalla, together with the Mahalla Seven and the state bodies assigned to the mahalla, organizes social prevention activities.

At least one "exemplary safe street" and an "exemplary safe entrance" will be created in mahallas with a severe criminal situation.

The Mahalla Sevens and sector leaders who have created "exemplary safe streets" and "exemplary safe entrances" and stabilized the criminal situation will receive additional financial encouragement from the khokimiyats at the expense of local budgets.
