Seven people were killed in a business jet crash in North Carolina

    As a result of the crash of a Cessna C550 business jet on landing at Statesville Regional Airport in North Carolina (USA), five adults and two children were killed.

    Earlier, the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) reported that there were six people on board the plane. Details about the death of the seventh person are not given.

    Later, family members of former NASCAR driver Greg Biffle issued a statement confirming that he, his wife Kristina, son Ryder and daughter Emma were killed in the crash.
