Deadline for Submission of Bids: February 17, 2025, 15:00 hours (Tashkent time).
1. «Veolia Energy Tashkent» LLC FE (hereinafter referred to as «the Employer») invites eligible bidders to submit their sealed bids for the Supply of Steel Pipes for Reconstruction of Heating Networks in Tashkent City (hereinafter referred to as «the Goods») as described and specified in the Tender Documentation.
2. Open competitive bidding (with announcement in the Republic of Uzbekistan) will be conducted in accordance with the Single-Stage One-Envelope bidding procedure and is open to all bidders from all countries, as described in the Tender Documentation.
3. Only eligible bidders with the following key qualifications, as defined in the tender documentation, may participate in this bidding:
► Submission of audited financial statements or, if not required by the law of the Bidder's country, other financial statements acceptable to the Employer, for the last 3 (three) years to demonstrate the current soundness of the Bidder's financial position.
► Participation as a Supplier in at least one contract that has been successfully and substantially completed within the last 3 (three) years and is similar to the proposed contract for the Supply of Steel Pipes in Central Asian countries that are members of the CIS.
► The bidder must offer steel pipes for delivery that fully comply with the technical specification.
► The bidder must not be in the process of reorganization, liquidation, or bankruptcy.
► The bidder must not be in a state of litigation with the Employer.
► Bidders must not have overdue tax and other mandatory payment debts and records in the Unified Register of Unfair Performers.

Upon receiving the non-refundable fee, the Employer will promptly email the Tender Documentation to interested Bidders. The Employer is not responsible for failed or untimely delivery.
6. Submit your bid to the address specified in item 4 on or before the final deadline for bid submission: February 17, 2025 at 15:00 (Tashkent time) together with a Bid Security as described in the Tender Documentation.
Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened immediately after the deadline for bid submission in the presence of bidders' representatives who choose to attend.
