According to the decree, a maximum of two resident parking permits can be registered per household. Residents will be able to park for free from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM. During other hours, parking will be charged based on the established tariffs.
The permit is issued for a one-year term. To obtain a yearly residency permit, a fee equal to one BCA (Basic Calculating Amount), currently 412,000 sums, must be paid.
This decision will come into effect on February 1, 2026.
