Until 2024, there were only 3 dealerships in the country, which received type confirmation documents for only 15 car models. Today, official dealers of 21 foreign companies are already working in Uzbekistan, who have issued type confirmation documents for more than 100 car models.
Thanks to this, the system of supplying certified, safe and guaranteed vehicles to consumers has been improved. Citizens can now purchase various car brands from authorized dealers.
In this regard, taking into account the significant increase in the number of official dealers and service centers, as well as the introduction of the practice of customer interaction exclusively with official dealers, starting from September 2, 2025, the practice of testing cars at the Pskov Autopolygon will cease.
For reference: the quality and safety of imported cars to Uzbekistan will be under constant control. If discrepancies are identified or complaints are received from consumers regarding such vehicles, the necessary measures will be taken.
Citizens are strongly advised to purchase cars only from authorized dealers.
