The Chinese delegation was headed by a member of the Standing Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) of Zhejiang Province, Secretary General of the Provincial Committee of the CPC Zhejiang, Qiu Qi Wen.

Following the conference, a memorandum of understanding was signed between the Tourism Committee under the Ministry of Ecology, Environmental Protection and Climate Change of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Chinese airline Zhejiang Loong Airlines Co, LTD to increase the tourist flow from China to Uzbekistan.
