Testing of the digital platform has already begun in Kazakhstan. By the end of February, artificial intelligence is expected to take over the electronic government system, reported by mir24.tv.

As the Deputy Prime Minister noted, the digital service works on the principle of GPT. Citizens will no longer have to search for the services they need on the website themselves; the "smart" bot will do it for them. It is enough to simply describe the situation.

"The development of artificial intelligence will significantly simplify the provision of public services for citizens and businesses. The Ministry of Artificial Intelligence has developed and is already testing the AlemGPT multi-agent platform to provide a full cycle of services from start to finish on a single platform. In the future, AlemGPT will become a full-fledged AI assistant for all services," noted Zhaslan Madiev, Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development.
