The purpose of this Law is to regulate relations related to the formation and execution of the consolidated budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2026.
According to the Law, the budget funds allocated in accordance with this Law to the first-level budget managers from the republican budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan are used only during the 2026 fiscal year and are not transferred to the next fiscal year.
Approved for 2026:
minimum rental rates for individuals and legal entities renting out property;
marginal rates of fees for the right to retail certain types of goods;
the rates of fees for entry into and transit through the territory of Uzbekistan of motor vehicles of foreign states.
The maximum size of the deficit of the Consolidated Budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2026 is set at 3 percent of gross domestic product.
This Law will enter into force on January 1, 2026.
