Their number increased by 8.5 thousand people, or 2 times, compared to the corresponding period last year.
The number of Uzbek citizens who traveled to Egypt in January-March 2025 for travel purposes:
travel - 14,407 people;
visiting relatives - 2,213 people;
treatment - 58 people;
staff - 6 people;
study - 5 people.
According to the National Statistics Committee, the volume of Uzbekistan's imports in January-October 2025 amounted to 37.5 billion US dollars. Compared to the same period last year, imports increased by 16.9%.
According to the National Statistics Committee, 381.7 thousand students were admitted to higher education institutions in Uzbekistan in the 2024/2025 academic year.
