Since 2016, the gradual increase in the production capacity of the plant has allowed to increase production volumes by almost 5 times. Systematic work to optimize and modernize production by 2022 increased the production volume of the Khorezm branch of UzAuto Motors to more than 93,000 units of cars (almost 30% more than in 2021).
As part of the program to increase production volumes, UzAuto Motors launched a new press shop in Pitnak in 2021. The production, deployed on an area of more than 1 hectare, when reaching maximum capacity, allows up to 7 million units of various stamping body parts for Damas and Labo models to be produced annually from 12 thousand tons of sheet metal.
The measures taken to localize components, decontaminate some components and unify production processes will increase production volumes, reducing the import component.
