During the meeting, issues of strengthening bilateral cooperation and the implementation of new projects in the agricultural sector were comprehensively discussed.

In particular, the parties considered the possibilities of analyzing agricultural markets, effective resource management and the exchange of best practices in this area.

Deputy Minister Alisher Shukurov also noted that the student exchange program with Poland has been successfully established, and stressed that expanding cooperation in this area is beneficial to both sides.

The sides exchanged views on animal husbandry, the production of small agricultural machinery and equipment, as well as the participation of entrepreneurs active in this field in international exhibitions held in Uzbekistan.

Special attention was paid to strengthening cooperation in the field of import and export of fruit and vegetable products, introducing Polish experience in horticulture and attracting Polish agricultural specialists to Uzbekistan.

At the end of the meeting, Alisher Shukurov expressed his willingness to listen with pleasure to the proposals and initiatives of the Polish delegation, to continue a constructive dialogue and to provide comprehensive assistance within the authority of the Ministry of Agriculture.
