The automotive division of the Turkish holding produces buses, midibuses and light trucks at the Kocaeli plant with a production capacity of about 4,000 units per year. The products are exported to more than 40-45 countries, and the company is considered one of the largest exporters of midibuses in Turkey. In addition, the holding acquired a 75.2% stake in SamAuto, a bus and truck manufacturer.
During the negotiations, the parties discussed the current results of the SamAuto enterprise, as well as promising areas for its further development. Special attention was paid to the expansion of cooperation and the implementation of joint projects in the automotive industry.
Further steps for the development of production were also considered, including the modernization of the enterprise, the expansion of production capacities and the release of new types of products based on SamAuto.
