In
particular, negotiations were held with Ahmed bin Mohammed Al-Sayed, Minister
of State for Trade and Industry, and Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah
Al-Attiyah, Minister of the Municipality.
In addition,
productive meetings were held with the heads of key Qatari development
institutions and investment organizations, including the Free Zones Agency, the
Qatar Development Fund, the Qatar Investment Agency, the Qatar Development Bank
and the Qatar Industrial Production Company.
During the
talks, prospects for expanding bilateral cooperation, attracting investments
and implementing joint projects in priority sectors of the economy were
discussed.
Following
the meeting with representatives of major Qatari companies, agreements were
reached on the launch of new projects in the fields of transport
infrastructure, education, logistics, chemical industry, energy, agriculture
and tourism.
Responsible
managers have been identified and mechanisms for further cooperation have been
agreed upon to prepare detailed roadmaps and ensure effective implementation of
the agreements reached.
