The agreement provides for the joint organization in 2027 of a major exhibition dedicated to cultural ties along the Great Silk Road, as well as the expansion of academic, museum and expert cooperation in the field of cultural heritage.
The signing of the memorandum became an important stage in the development of cultural diplomacy in Uzbekistan, opening up new prospects for cooperation with Japan, deepening scientific contacts and international promotion of the rich historical and cultural heritage of our country.
