According to the Ministry of Transport, the end of the Umrah season is taken into account when flying to Saudi Arabia. All pilgrims must leave the country before the start of the Hajj season in 2026.

Uzbekistan Airports JSC is obliged to check the availability of a return ticket for all passengers and provide daily lists of those who do not have one to the Headquarters of the Uzaviation Agency.

All airlines and tour operators must ensure that pilgrims are transported only under licensed Umrah programs with return tickets, vouchers for accommodation, transfers, meals, and insurance policies.

Passengers on board will be informed about the need to obtain all documents and comply with the check-in schedule for return flights.

The organization of flights requires compliance with safety regulations, international air transportation standards and the requirements of the authorized authorities of Saudi Arabia and the UAE.

The Uzaviation Agency will compile information about passengers without a return ticket and transfer it to the Committee on Religious Affairs, the Committee on Tourism and the Prosecutor's Office for analysis and action.

The Ministry of Transport, together with other departments, will continuously monitor the situation and provide additional instructions as the situation in the region changes.
