A model named "Diella" (diella means "sun" in Albanian, a female name) will be responsible for public procurement, according to the Telegrafi publication.

As stated by Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, Diella is the first member of the government who does not physically exist. He noted that this model was virtually created on the basis of AI.

According to the prime minister, the AI model will deal with public tenders in order to create a "100% incorruptible" public procurement system.

Diella is already being used in the work of the e-Albania state digital platform, which provides access to most public services. gazeta.ru.
