The main objectives of the adoption of this resolution are defined:
expansion and complete modernization of engineering and communication networks;
provision of external engineering and communication networks for cities and districts of the region, including the town of Yangi Andijon (Beaubourg) Andijan district of Andijan region;
support for investors' activities.
At the same time, the joint-stock company Andijon Invest Companyasi is being created, which will act as a "bridge" between the state and entrepreneurs.
In order to finance projects aimed at developing the region's infrastructure, the Business Infrastructure Development Fund under the Khokimiyat of the Andijan region was renamed the Territorial Trust Fund for the Development of the Andijan Region.
