Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Azerbaijan Majnun Mamedov, opening the event with an introductory speech, outlined the main principles of the development of partnership relations - further increase in yields in the agricultural sphere, the creation of environmentally friendly and digital agriculture, diversification of export products and their geography.

Within the framework of the agribusiness forum, emphasis was placed on the expansion of mutual economic ties in the agro-industrial complex, including the implementation of mutually beneficial projects between member states and observers, as well as the growth of trade and increased capital mobilization.
In the capital of Azerbaijan, the Ministers of Agriculture of the OTG member countries held bilateral meetings with the Minister of Agriculture of Azerbaijan.
The meeting of the heads of the Ministries of Agriculture of Uzbekistan and Azerbaijan was held in an open and constructive manner. Thus, the implementation of the agreements reached at the previous meeting, as well as promising cooperation projects were discussed.
The participants of the second meeting of the Ministers of Agriculture of the Organization of Turkic States visited the memorial of the former President of Azerbaijan Heydar Aliyev, and on the Alley of Martyrs honored the memory of those who gave their lives for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of Azerbaijan.
