The event was attended by the Minister of Transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan Ilkhom Makhkamov, Chairman of the Board of Uzbekistan Temir Yullari JSC Zufar Narzullayev, as well as representatives of Kyrgyzstan and China.
Within the framework of the event, Minister of Transport I. Makhkamov held trilateral talks with Deputy Chairman of the Department of the State Committee for Development and Reforms of the People's Republic of China Zhang Jianghua, Minister of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic Absattar Sirgabayev.
During the negotiations, issues related to the Founding Agreement of the parties, the Charter of the joint venture and the concession agreement between the joint venture and the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic were considered.
