During the raid in the Bostanlyk district, the fact of illegal extraction of sand and gravel mixture in the coastal zone of the Aksok Ota river using special equipment (an excavator and a MAN truck) was established.
As a result, the requirements of the Laws "On Nature Protection" and "On Subsoil" were violated, and 4,504,378,636 soums were damaged.
According to this fact, with the assistance of the database of the Bostanlyk Department of Internal Affairs, special equipment was temporarily placed in a parking lot. The collected materials were sent to the prosecutor's office of the Bostanlyk district.
