It says that this year it is planned to carry out construction and repair work at 832 educational institutions at the expense of relevant programs and international funds.
To date, 493 general education schools, 9 specialized schools and 330 pre-school educational institutions have completed construction, reconstruction, major repairs and equipment.
In particular, 43 new construction, 371 reconstruction, 88 major repairs were carried out in schools, 103 new construction, 191 reconstruction, 36 major repairs were carried out in preschool educational institutions.
As a result, an additional 141.5 thousand student places were created in schools, and existing buildings with 92.4 thousand places were completely renovated. 17.4 thousand new places for children have been organized in preschool educational institutions, 27.8 thousand places have been reconstructed, and buildings for 6.5 thousand places have been renovated.
