Ambassador of Uzbekistan Ravshan Usmanov spoke in detail about the large-scale and comprehensive reforms being carried out in our country, the development of the national economy, the opportunities created for foreign investors and the laws adopted to ensure their legal protection. The upcoming parliamentary elections in Uzbekistan were also discussed.
During the event, presentations of specific investment projects in the field of renewable energy, chemical industry, metallurgy, electrical engineering, pharmaceuticals, food industry and education were presented.
The British participants noted that the investment climate in Uzbekistan has improved significantly in recent years, and the interest of international companies in doing business in the country is growing. In this regard, interest was expressed in participating in the privatization process of financial, banking, educational, environmental and large state-owned companies.
Following the results of the event, the participants confirmed their readiness to establish direct cooperation with Uzbek businessmen and implement various projects in our country.
