The organizers of this event will be the International Institute of Central Asia together with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The international conference is expected to be attended by national coordinators of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization countries, representatives of the SCO Secretariat and the Executive Committee of the SCO Regional Anti-Terrorist Structure, leading experts of analytical structures of Central Asian countries, Russia, China, India, Pakistan, Iran, Belarus, representatives of diplomatic missions of foreign countries accredited in Tashkent, ministries and departments of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

The upcoming event will become an effective platform for an open and constructive exchange of views on issues of political, economic, humanitarian cooperation, the fight against terrorism and other areas within the SCO.
