Due to heavy smoke and the threat of fire spreading, it was decided to evacuate the residents of 22 apartments. Approximately 60 people were evacuated, eight received medical treatment due to carbon monoxide poisoning, four of them were hospitalized.
The exact number of evacuated people is currently being determined, as part of the premises was empty at the time of the fire. Apartments on the upper floors suffered the most.
Firefighters are completing the elimination of small fires in apartments and inside the theater. Specialists will be able to begin determining the causes of the fire only after the structures have completely cooled down.
