On the same day, the award ceremony for the winners of the culinary competition held on the first day of the festival took place. The acting khokim of the Samarkand region, Adiz Boboev, addressed the participants and guests of the event with a welcoming speech. He noted that Samarkand pays special attention to the development of gastronomic tourism and the promotion of national dishes in the international arena.

According to the results of the competition:

The 1st place was taken by chefs from the city of Tashkent.,

2nd place - a team from Bukhara region,

3rd place - chefs from the Khorezm region.
