A meeting with participants of the republican contest "In the footsteps of the Jadids" was held in the Senate

    Members of the Senate Committee on Science, Education and Health met with participants of the republican contest "In the footsteps of the Jadids", which is held among school students.

    During the meeting, they discussed the opportunities provided to young people, educational reforms and achievements of young people due to these reforms, as well as the activities of the Senate.

    It was noted that the modern conditions created in the educational institutions of the regions, including the construction and commissioning of computer and educational laboratory rooms, gyms, create even more opportunities for young people. Students use them effectively and achieve prizes at national and international competitions.

    During the meeting, the participants of the review competition received answers to their questions.

    For information: The Ministry of Preschool and School Education has organized a republican competition to further develop independent thinking skills among students of secondary schools and private educational institutions, as well as to widely promote the rich national spiritual heritage. This year, the competition commission received 364,906 applications (356,812 of them from secondary schools, 8094 from private schools).

    The republican stage of the competition will be held from December 18 to December 21 in Tashkent. According to its results, 14 participants who scored the highest score in each class category will have the opportunity to participate in an educational trip abroad.

    After the meeting, the participants got acquainted with the majestic Senate building.
