    Within the framework of the Transport Forum of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization member countries held in the capital on November 1, signing and exchange of a number of documents took place.

    In particular, according to the Ministry of Transport, representatives of relevant departments, namely, the Minister of Transport of Uzbekistan Ilkhom Makhkamov, Deputy Minister of Transport of Russia Dmitry Zverev, Deputy Minister of Transport of Kazakhstan Talgat Lastaev exchanged a Memorandum of Understanding on the creation and development of the international transport corridor "Belarus - Russia - Kazakhstan - Uzbekistan - Afghanistan - Pakistan", reports IA "Doone".

    In addition, Ilkhom Makhkamov, Dmitry Zverev and Minister of Transport and Communications of Kyrgyzstan Tilek Tekebayev signed a Memorandum of Understanding on the formation and development of the international multimodal transport corridor "Russia - Caspian Sea - Turkmenistan - Uzbekistan - Kyrgyzstan".

    At the forum, the founder and CEO of "Centrum Holding" Abdulaziz Abdurakhmanov and the regional head of "PSA International" for the Middle East and South Asia Mike Pharmos also signed a Memorandum of Understanding between "Centrum Solutions LLC" and "Global Ports Services".

    The purpose of the meeting was to strengthen cooperation between representatives of the transport and logistics sector of the SCO countries and the creation of effective transport corridors.
