Tashkent hosts the IV International Investment Forum, the largest investment platform in Central Asia

    On June 9, 2025, the IV Tashkent International Investment Forum (MIF) kicked off in the capital of Uzbekistan, a key event on the regional investment agenda that brought together leading international investors, representatives of governments, financial institutions and businesses.

    The Forum in 2025 is being held in an unprecedented scale format: investment projects in such strategically important sectors as energy, infrastructure, agriculture, mining, digital technologies and other industries are presented to the international community.

    The Forum is an effective platform for strengthening international economic cooperation. This year's forum is attended by President of Bulgaria Rumen Radev, Prime Minister of Slovakia Robert Fico, Prime Minister of Kazakhstan Oljas Bektenov, Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Kyrgyzstan Adilbek Kasymaliev, Prime Minister of Tajikistan Kohir Rasulzoda, Prime Minister of Azerbaijan Ali Asadov, Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan Nokerguli Ataguliyev and heads of major financial institutions - President Odile Renaud-Basso of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development and Dilma Rousseff, President of the New Development Bank.

    This year, the forum gathered more than 8,000 delegates, including about 3,000 foreign guests from almost 100 countries. This representation highlights the high level of trust and interest in Uzbekistan as a dynamically developing investment jurisdiction.

    The key premiere of the forum is the First National Exhibition of Industrial and Investment Potential of Uzbekistan, where 90 companies from over 10 fast-growing industries, including petrochemicals, mechanical engineering, construction industry and food processing, are represented. The exhibition provides a unique opportunity for investors to gain a full understanding of the potential and cooperation-ready projects in Uzbekistan.

    114 accredited journalists and media experts from 31 countries provide extensive international coverage of the forum.
