During the investigation, it was established that Shakirov Khairulla Ubaidullaevich, born in 1986, acting for selfish reasons, through the social networks Instagram, Telegram and YouTube (under the name "Xayrullo Shokirov") presented himself as a major distributor and entrepreneur.
He claimed to have the authority to import large quantities of pomegranate juice and soft drinks to Uzbekistan, and promised high income and interest from distribution activities. Using deception and abuse of trust, the suspect caused material damage to citizens on an especially large scale.
In relation to Shakirov H. A preventive measure has been chosen in the form of detention.
