Systematic work continues in Tashkent and the Tashkent region to protect atmospheric air, prevent emissions of harmful substances and preserve public health. Nighttime inspections and raids are regularly conducted with the participation of environmental authorities, the prosecutor's Office, internal affairs and other departments.

During one of these events in the village of Niyozboshi in the Tashkent region, the facts of incineration of waste, including polyethylene, in the production of building materials at a number of private enterprises were revealed. Such actions led to the release of toxic substances into the environment and posed a threat to the health of local residents.

The Working Group promptly suspended the activities of these enterprises. The damage caused to nature is currently being calculated. Following the results of the audit, measures will be taken in accordance with the current legislation.

    Control measures are continuing.

The Committee on Ecology expressed gratitude to the caring citizens who actively participate in the protection of atmospheric air, and called on all residents to strengthen public control.

The purity of atmospheric air is possible only through joint efforts and solidarity.
