At the event, with the participation of First Deputy Minister of Transport Maman biya Omarov, khokim of the region Jurabek Rakhimov and public activists, information was presented on the ongoing work and new projects to improve transport services to the population of the region.
By the end of this year, 30 more buses of this model will be delivered. As a result, 148 buses will run in 16 directions in the city, which will allow 136 thousand passengers to be served daily.
It is important to note that the volume of urban passenger traffic will more than double, and the intervals between transportation will be reduced from 18 to 10 minutes.
The newly acquired modern buses will be serviced under a gross contract on four bus routes within Urgench.
