According to the Ministry of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, issues of financing international joint practical projects within the framework of Uzbek-German cooperation, implemented in 2023-2025, were also discussed.
The members of the Council supported the financing of projects such as the creation of technologies for the production of nanoscale films based on metal silicide’s and semiconductor compounds using energy-saving technologies, the development of optimal methods for the rehabilitation and assessment of the reproductive health of adolescent girls living in the Southern Aral Sea region, the creation of a laboratory for the development of cancer drugs, the creation of an audio guide for the blind "Spelling audio dictionary", creation of a national concept to increase Uzbekistan's position in international press freedom rankings.
