According to the Tax Committee, the main part of the complaints is the non-issuance of a cash receipt (57,672 cases). In addition, citizens reported refusal to accept plastic cards (2,278 requests), overcharging for non-cash payments (145 requests) and other violations (3,893 requests).
Based on the complaints received, 25,924 on-site tax audits were conducted. Violations were confirmed in 98.9% of cases.
In 27,451 cases, rewards amounting to 20% of the fines collected were paid for the activity of citizens and assistance in detecting violations of tax legislation, totaling 19.7 billion soums.
