The Regulation defines the procedure for advanced training of legal personnel (trainees) in the areas of legal service, advocacy and notaries at the Institute for Retraining and Advanced Training of Legal Personnel under the Ministry of Justice on the basis of a credit modular system.
Students are trained in advanced training courses on a fee-based basis in accordance with an agreement with the Institute.
In the credit-modular system of education at the institute, 1 credit is equal to 2 academic hours. For 1 year of study at advanced training courses, the student must master the educational load equal to 12 credits (24 academic hours).
Advanced training courses require students to master the curriculum in the amount of 36 credits (72 academic hours) in 3 years.
This module is considered mastered if the student's level of mastery of the module is estimated at 56 percent or higher.
Students who have successfully completed the advanced training course will be issued a certificate of the established standard.
